Your first appointment may be made online, or by phone. Please make sure to have your initial consultation with your first appointment, we have made these changes to online booking system to make this as easy as possible for you to make an appointment. You may have to wait a bit for your first appointment, but we will book your next appointments when you are here. We really appreciate your patience. Also feel free to visit other areas of the spa for any treatments you may need.
Laser services provide the best results on skin that is at its lightest, where the contrast to the hair is the greatest.
You may book your appointment into October and the rest of the Fall for greatest results and reduced risk.

Laser Hair Removal is a great option for you if:
You struggle with unwanted hair anywhere on your face or body
You have difficulty with shaving, waxing or other methods of hair removal
You suffer from ingrowns or other irritations caused from other hair removal methods
Your hair to be treated is darker than your skin
You use sunscreen on exposed parts of your body year round
You can make re-occurring appointments every 8-12 weeks apart

Laser Hair Removal may not be for you if:
Your hair is lighter than your skin
You like to have tanned skin year round
You do not wear SPF of exposed areas
You cannot shave the area to be treated
You have skin type 4 or greater (fitzpatrick scale)
You cannot commit to appointment 8 weeks in advance, or if your schedule is erratic.

Laser hair removal services can reduce and remove hair permanently up to 85%. 100% removal can be a difficult expectation to meet, but we will do our best. If any hair remains after 6 session, HeavenSpa will offer 50% discounts from our list price of the area until you are satisfied or the 85% has been achieved. ( To the discretion of the technician)
