Heaven spa offers a complimentary private steam room session with the purchase of any spa treatment. Melt away stress, aches & pains and beautify your skin as the moist heat works wonders on your mind, body and spirit. Steam is another one of the most effective ways of ridding your body of pollutants and toxins. As your pores open, millions of sweat glands are activated and the body rids itself of waste through perspiration. Steam also helps prevent dehydration of the delicate tissues in the lungs and respiratory system. To enjoy this treat, please arrive 30 minutes prior to your appointment and prepare your body by drinking as much water as you can throughout the day. Towels and water will be provided once you arrive. A refreshing shower is suggested before your treatment begins.
